Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed with RZ Drone Solutions, Teknopark Giresun, Giresun, Türkiye.
1. Your right to cancel (EU and EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@rzdronesolutions.com with your order number before the 14 days expire.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Condition of returned goods
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received them
- In their original packaging, with all accessories, cables and manuals
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.
3. Items that cannot be returned
- Custom-built or made-to-order UAV systems configured to your specification
- Fibre-optic cable cut to a requested length
- Goods that have been flown, modified, soldered or otherwise altered
- Lithium batteries that have been charged or put into service, for safety reasons
4. Faulty or damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged, or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description. We will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
5. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind cancellations you pay the cost of returning the goods. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we pay.
6. How refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
7. How to start a return
Email info@rzdronesolutions.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address before you ship anything — please do not send items back without contacting us first.
