Welcome to RZ Drone Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at https://rzdronesolutions.com and the products and services we offer.

By accessing or using our website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use our website.

2. Use of website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it or access it in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, or in breach of any local or international law.

3. Product information

We work to ensure that product details, descriptions and prices are accurate. Errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and to cancel an order where a material error has been made, in which case we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Payment is by bank transfer. Your order will not be dispatched until funds have cleared in our account.
Please quote your order number as the payment reference.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for quantity limits or pricing errors.

5. Export control

Certain UAV platforms, counter-UAS systems and payloads are subject to export controls. Orders may require additional documentation, and we may decline or cancel an order where export to your destination is restricted. Any import duties or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Customs and import duties on international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Lithium batteries are shipped under applicable dangerous-goods rules, which may restrict the carrier or destination.

7. Returns and refunds

EU and EEA consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete.
Custom-built systems, cut-to-length cable and batteries put into service cannot be returned.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, images and text, is the property of RZ Drone Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, copy or distribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Safe operation

Operators are responsible for holding the licences, registrations and insurance required in their jurisdiction, and for flying within local airspace rules. We supply equipment; we do not grant permission to fly.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Giresun, Türkiye. Where you contract as a consumer in the EU or EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
