    The M50 carries a 50-litre spray tank with an optional 75-litre fertiliser tank, running two propeller pumps for even distribution across an 8–20 m swath.

    360-degree surround radar keeps the aircraft at a constant height above an uneven canopy and stops it at field boundaries, trees and power lines.

    • Payment is by bank transfer. Your order will not be dispatched until funds have cleared in our account.

    6. Shipping and delivery

    • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control.
    • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
    • Customs and import duties on international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Lithium batteries are shipped under applicable dangerous-goods rules, which may restrict the carrier or destination.

    7. Returns and refunds

    • EU and EEA consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
    • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete.
    • Custom-built systems, cut-to-length cable and batteries put into service cannot be returned.
    • Full detail is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

    8. Intellectual property

    All content on this website, including logos, images and text, is the property of RZ Drone Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, copy or distribute it without written permission.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

    10. Safe operation

    Operators are responsible for holding the licences, registrations and insurance required in their jurisdiction, and for flying within local airspace rules. We supply equipment; we do not grant permission to fly.

    11. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

    12. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Giresun, Türkiye. Where you contract as a consumer in the EU or EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

  • Refund and Returns Policy

    Refund and Returns Policy

    This policy applies to all orders placed with RZ Drone Solutions, Teknopark Giresun, Giresun, Türkiye.

    1. Your right to cancel (EU and EEA consumers)

    If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@rzdronesolutions.com with your order number before the 14 days expire.

    After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

    2. Condition of returned goods

    To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition in which you received them
    • In their original packaging, with all accessories, cables and manuals
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

    We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.

    3. Items that cannot be returned

    • Custom-built or made-to-order UAV systems configured to your specification
    • Fibre-optic cable cut to a requested length
    • Goods that have been flown, modified, soldered or otherwise altered
    • Lithium batteries that have been charged or put into service, for safety reasons

    4. Faulty or damaged goods

    If an item arrives damaged, or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description. We will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

    5. Return shipping costs

    For change-of-mind cancellations you pay the cost of returning the goods. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we pay.

    6. How refunds are issued

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.

    7. How to start a return

    Email info@rzdronesolutions.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address before you ship anything — please do not send items back without contacting us first.
